GOD IS GREAT.


MESSAE OF HOSPTILITY:--

i m very very happy that things r going very well with me at "BABA HAVELI",i m ableto do properlly my job here at baba haveli,my way how i m working all my guests more then 99% r enjoying my services.

but it was very difficult for me in begning and tillto-day its same but eachand every day the things r improving.

actually it is "service industry ",all peoplle like me hotels,big hotels,budget hotels,big group of hotels we all r in service industry.we all have to be carefull all the time for quwality of services.and we all r doing well and properlly.each and every our guest is expecting that we all have to provide him our best with full of hosptility.

i started baba haveli in october 08,i got my frsit client here on 17th october 2008,just few days back i finished 2 years and started in 3rd year.all this 2 year period was very difficult and like a very big pressure to manage properlly each and everything.specially when u r from a simple familly.but there is one thing if u r hard-woker and honest in ur job with ur clients and u have trust in ur god then one day all will ok and smooth.like its with me the same.

i cant explain u in words that how peoplle make and did my hurrsment in each time.u will wonder after offering more then 50% commission to travel agency andalso offering free food,break-fast and accomodation to drivers from thease company who is coming with guest on duty driver,peoplle and drviers r not happy cos they want i have to provide them more better then what i m providing my guests.veryvery difficult.i started this baba haveli for my guests who is coming to visit our rajasthan from whole of the world yes not for drivers to make them happy.

i m able to provide my good services to my clients,my guests yes and i m not able to provide my best services to drivers,who make and try to did lots of crazy things with the place and with guests.they [ drivers] want to sit with them till mid nigt,want to drink with them alchohal,want to go with guests in the rooms.want to cheat them lots other crazy thing ,in this situtin how u can be adjust ur self with them.specially i cant do this.

i m great thank full to my god,and also internet who make it possible for me to have directelly contects with each my guests and also many on-line travel informations gudies,who make it really very eassy for us and for our guests.to-day we r able to do directelly together best for each other.we can offer and we r offering our all this discount to our guest s when they r coming directelly to us.
i can say to you that without internet it was not possible at any cost.and this sitution is good for us and for all our guests but this sitution is not good for mediators and specially
crazy drivers.they r even not honest with the companys from they r working,yes.they all have
his own travel agency,they donot know anything but they r creating crazy situtions for whom they r working.

but for me now each and every day its changing and things r improving possitivelly.i hope soon all will be very good in all regards,but last time was very difficult for me.

here at BABA HAVELI all my guests r enjoying my services and i m always praying to my god that plz keep me able to do properlly my job and plz keep me able to provide my best with full of hosptility to eachmy client who is coming here a BABA HAVELI.

GOD is very kind for everybody,plz keep ur full trust in god.

To-day with my job [ hotel baba haveli ] I m very happy,here at baba haveli I have all the time guests [ my clients ] like you,to provide them my services with all my best and with all my hosptility and all the time all this from my heart, I m enjoying lot all this.

And its great kind-ness of god and best wishes from all my clients like you,that I m able to do my job well and properly and things r going very well and I m getting lots of ur love,best wishes and ur very good reviews on “ TRIP-ADVISOR “,so this all is for me like reward,good appreciation and a very good motivation for me to do my best for each my client,and I m doing it and I will do it for all the time.

But as u told me its difficult for me and for baba haveli to keep all my clients happy.i m making and keeping happy all my clients more then 99 % but its true some-times I m not able to keep happy all my 100% clients like as u know and as my clients told me all this.

U know me well that how I m doing my job here at baba haveli but after all one my client write this review on 31st march which hurt me lot and gave me lots of heart pain।but I cant do anything and I m not able to do anything for all this.but u plz tell me this client is right? I m really like this as this client told me in his review. Plz check it all practically.and if I m not then plz manage ur one review on trip-advisor and if u done it then plz write another one.for me its very very important.
